Official Terms & Conditions – Instagram Giveaway

1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by It's 5 Minutes to Post Somewhere. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

3. Giveaway Period
Begins at 12:00 PM EST on Wednesday, April 16, 2025
Ends at 12:00 PM EST on Saturday, April 19, 2025

4. How to Enter
To enter:

One entry per person. Additional tags do not increase your odds.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive box tickets to Churchill Downs for Thursday, May 1st, 2025. Prize will be delivered electronically. No shipping required. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection
Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and contacted via Instagram DM within 48 hours of contest close. The winner must respond within 48 hours or a new winner may be selected.

7. Legal Release
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless It's 5 Minutes to Post Somewhere and Instagram from any liability related to the giveaway.
